Well, it is official, we are Web Geeks.  We accept it and in fact, embrace it.  I think although we had suspected it up here in the Web Services Department for a while now, we finally openly admitted it last week when we found two GREAT Outer Banks domain names for sale and purchased them.  You would have thought we won the $1500 Big Jackpot at the Bingo Hall  (see....more geek speak).

Then, we got the go ahead from our great and fearless leader to OK the build out of not one, not two, not three but five new websites. Yes, five!   Can't tell you about them yet (spies are everywhere  you know) but we should have some of them up in the next six weeks or so.   This is the stuff that makes me happy happy happy. The kind of thing that makes us lay awake at night thinking of design, navigation, SEO (geek talk) and links, hits, stats.    

So, we will be busy but that is how it is not only in our office but for everyone at Village because next week is the official kick off for the summer season.   This year we will again be hosting our annual Memorial Day Party at the Village Beach Club; that one is Saturday and will catered by High Cotton BBQ (yum).  The pool will be available for the kids, the DJ will be playing music all night long and there will dancing and family fun.   This is always such a nice party for both our guests and our owners and the employees look forward to it every year too. 

Then, on Sunday May 25th, we will have our first ever Corolla Memorial Day/Moving Party. That office just moved to a new location and so we have to things to celebrate.   BJ's BBQ and Catering will be providing the food and from what I hear, it is fantastic.  We hope to see lots of our owners there.  It is always nice to socialize and get to know your clients and partners better.
